When we decide to sell the property, you'll receive a proportionate share of the sale proceeds. If you decide to sell your share of the property, our marketplace partners make it as easy as simply clicking a button.

1) Onboarding

Pick the property you want to invest in. We'll ask if you want to receive your rent checks in USDC or USD. USDC payments will be distributed instantly, and come at no cost. USD distributions will be slower and subject to additional costs.

Not familiar with USDC?

No worries, we'll guide you through setting up a USDC wallet for you on the spot so you can receive rent checks immediately.

2) Get Paid

Sit back and get paid from your property! Payments clear on the 7th of every month and get received instantly by USDC wallets. Investors who pick USD might have to wait up to a week for wires to clear.

Want to switch to receiving USDC payments? No worries, we let you switch at any time, and we'll walk you through setting up your personal wallet to receive instant payments.

3) Easy Taxes

Worried about taxes? Don't. We'll handle the heavy lifting for you.

We'll fill out a 1099 form for each property and send it to the IRS for you. We'll also send you a copy. You only have to fill in a few fields in your Form-1040, which is your personal income tax filing.

4) The Exit

After purchasing the property, we'll be working hard to improve its cashflow so we can sell it for a higher price. When we sell the property, you'll receive a proportionate share of the sale proceeds.
