How It Works

We find great cashflowing deals to invest in, with monthly distribution of the yield. When you pick a deal, you can choose whether to receive payments in USDC or USD. USDC payments are faster and cheaper, while receiving your USD payments might take up to a week.

When the loan has finished you will receive your proportionate share of the yield. If you decide to sell your share of the project, our marketplace partners make it as easy as simply clicking a button.

1) Onboarding

Pick the project you want to invest in. We'll ask if you want to receive your yield in USDC or USD. USDC payments will be distributed instantly, and come at no cost. USD distributions will be slower and subject to additional costs.

No worries, we'll guide you through setting up a USDC wallet for you on the spot so you can yield easily.

2) Get Paid

Sit back and get paid from your project! Payments clear on the 7th of every second month and get received instantly by USDC wallets. Investors who pick USD might have to wait up to a week for wires to clear.

3) The Exit

After the completion of the loans term you will receive your proportional share of the projects returns.
